MicroTones Vocal Ensemble -Melissa Hartery-
This group, under the direction of choral conductor and music educator Melissa Hartery, provides a varied and exciting singing opportunity for students in Grades 9-12.
This ensemble will be performing jazz and contemporary music. Interested female Grade 10-12 students must pass an audition and be members of the HRA Music East City Youth Choir to perform in the MicroTones Vocal Ensemble. Interested male students must pass an audition to become a member. Spaces are limited.
This choir will rehearse from 6:15 until 7:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, following the Youth Choir. (Full choir from 6:15 - 7:15 and baritones/tenors/bass dismissed at 7:45 pm. There will also be an additional rehearsal one Thursday a month from 4pm until 5:30pm. Inquiries about the choir may be directed to Melissa Hartery at mhartery@gnspes.ca.
