Hello HRCE Band Teachers and School Administrators,
If you're new to renting from us, or wish to get a refresher, please read through each of the 4 attachments thoroughly. This will help avoid unnecessary delays, calls, emails, etc., as our Band Instrument Rental Coordinator is only at the office on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 4:00. Here's a brief description of each of the documents:
Print a copy of this contract for each instrument you wish to rent from us. Fill out the pertinent information that you know, and include your principal's signature. Jean will fill in the rest when you meet with her to pay and pick up the instruments. Your school's cheque should be made payable to DMC (Dartmouth Music Centre). KEEP THESE FOR YOUR RECORDS.
If the instruments you rent from us will be designated to specific students, we highly recommend you copy this blank form, fill it in with the same information that is on the Fleet Rental Contract form FOR THAT SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT, and send it home for parents / guardians to fill in and sign.
You can also use this form to recover partial or full rental expenses from the parents / guardians by applying your suggested rental fee in the Rental Fee block. Their payments are made directly to your school.
