We are happy to announce the expansion of our band instrument rentals to include any school in HRSB! Click on each title below. Read through each of the 4 attachments thoroughly to avoid unnecessary calls, emails, etc., as our Band Instrument Rental Coordinator is only at the office for 3 hours per week. Here's a brief description of each of the documents:
2.School Fleet Rental Contract: For each instrument you rent from us, you will receive a contract with all the specific instrument and accessory details pertaining to that instrument. This will be provided by Jean Arnold, our Band Instrument Rentals Coordinator. KEEP THESE FOR YOUR RECORDS.
3.Student Band Rental Contract: If the instruments you rent from us will be designated to specific students, we highly recommend you copy this blank form, fill it in with the same information that is on the Fleet Rental Contract form FOR THAT SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT, and send it home for parents / guardians to fill in and sign. You can also use this form to recover partial or full rental expenses from the parents / guardians by applying your suggested rental fee in the Rental Fee block. Their payments are made directly to your school.
4.Band Instrument Tracking Sheet: Jean Arnold will provide you with a list of the instruments your school is renting from us. If instruments are added, you will receive an additional tracking sheet with the added instruments.
